OVERVIEW
A product interface for a monitoring platform. Dense data, calm surface — dashboards that read like a well-set newspaper, not a cockpit.
CHALLENGE
Operators watch these screens for eight-hour shifts. Every unnecessary pixel is fatigue; every ambiguous state is risk. The old interface had plenty of both.
APPROACH
A strict typographic hierarchy replaced the chart zoo: tabular numbers, two weights, one accent colour reserved exclusively for alerts. If nothing is wrong, the screen stays quiet.
RESULT
Time-to-acknowledge on critical alerts dropped by a third in testing, and the design system shipped across all four of the platform's products.
