OVERVIEW
A poster series exploring scale and repetition. Numbers set large enough to stop reading as numbers and start reading as architecture.
CHALLENGE
The gallery needed a season of exhibition posters that felt like one body of work — twelve shows, twelve artists, one wall. Variety without chaos.
APPROACH
Each poster uses the exhibition number as its only image, cropped past the point of legibility. Colour stays fixed; only the crop and the density move.
RESULT
The series ran for a full season and the posters were collected faster than they could be reprinted. The gallery kept the system for the following year.
